Five main delivery options are offered by PGC Publishing. You will be shown, and asked to select from only those options relevant to your delivery destination. Please note that there are cost, reliability and time trade-offs between the various modes of delivery, as explained below.
|
Please note that for deliveries outside of Australia, your consignment may attract import duties and taxes which are levied by the destination country once the shipment reaches that destination country.
Any such additional charges for customs clearance, import duties and taxes must be borne by the purchaser. PGC Publishing has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. If your consignment is delivered via the International Air Courier option, the courier will organise customs clearance, and will advise you of the cost before delivery. You will be expected to pay that cost to the courier at delivery. If your consignment is delivered via the Mail System option, your post office may advise you that you need to pay such Customs Duties and that you will have to claim you consignment and pay the duties at a specified post office. Note however that in general there is a lesser likelihood of duties being levied on consignments via the Post/Mail than via International Air Couriers. |
In most cases PGC Publishing will despatch consignments within 2 working days of confirmation of receipt of an order.
