DELIVERY OPTIONS

Four main delivery options are offered by PGC Publishing.   You will be shown, and asked to select from only those options relevant to your delivery destination.   Please note that there are cost, reliability and time trade-offs between the various modes of delivery, as explained below.
The available options are:
eBk
On-line Delivery - this option is only available for PGC Publishing books. PGC will accept orders, process payment and then forward pdf copies by either E-mail (for files totalling <10 MB) or by Dropbox for larger files of up to 300 MB.

For the latter you will receive an E-mail with a Dropbox link, generally within 12 hours of the order being received and payment confirmed. The link will normally remain available for 48 hours after you receive the Despatch Advice E-mail (unless advised to the contrary).
Australia Post Express Mail - delivered in pre-purchased water-proof satchels, with guaranteed delivery.   This option is only available for deliveries within Australia.   Delivery is generally on the next business day to the main capital cities, and within two days to country areas.
International Express Post - a premium parcel service collected and delivered through the international mail system.   These consignments will be despatched through Australia Post for express air mail delivery via an international air courier and delivered into the local mail service of the destination country.

Delivery should be in 3 to 7 business days from despatch to metropolitan areas of major cities and requires a signature on delivery.

This service applies to packages of between 2 and 20 kg. Parcels of less than 2 kg are charged at the minimum 2 kg rate.

This service can also be tracked but is only as reliable as the delivery system in the destination country.   Note that PGC Publishing is not responsible or liable for any consignment lost or damaged in transit in the mail system.   If you are concerned about the possibility of loss or dame, take the insurance option offered.   Note however that insurance is not available to many countries.
International Air Mail - is delivered through the international postal system.

Delivery should be between 1 and 4 weeks from despatch to most locations, although in some cases this will take longer to remote areas.

It is the most economical, but slowest mode offered. Your consignment cannot be tracked and is only as reliable as the postal system in the destination country.   Note that PGC Publishing is not responsible or liable for any consignment lost or damaged in transit in the mail system.
Other arrangement with PGC Publishing - allows you to make alternate arrangements with PGC Publishing, such as use of another courier service with which you have an account, -or- direct pick up from PGC Publishing offices, -or- some other method convenient to the purchaser.   If you wish to make such an arrangement, you should seperately e-mail or phone PGC Publishing advising of your requirements   A zero cost will appear against delivery cost in your order for the remainder of the of the transaction.   You will be advised of the appropriate costs for your preferred option in your order confirmation email.   PGC Publishing reserves the right to charge for any costs it incurs in making such alternate arrangements.
Bulk purchase - If your order weighs more than 20 kg, you will be advised that   Your order weighs more than a standard package.   A zero cost will appear against delivery cost in your order for the remainder of the of the transaction.   However PGC Publishing will advise you of the available methods of delivery and respective costs before confirming your order.   You may then decide if you wish to proceed with the order and which method of despatch you prefer before PGC Publishing confirms and despatches your consignment.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Please note that for deliveries outside of Australia, your consignment may attract import duties and taxes which are levied by the destination country once the shipment reaches that destination country.

Any such additional charges for customs clearance, import duties and taxes must be borne by the purchaser.

PGC Publishing has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.   Customs policies vary widely from country to country.   You should contact your local customs office for further information.

If your consignment is delivered via the Mail System option, your post office may advise you that you need to pay such Customs Duties and that you will have to claim you consignment and pay the duties at a specified post office.

Note NO Customs charges apply on eBooks delivered online.
